What we publish
Our eight-country GuideAI Network publishes travel, entry, housing, employment, transport, payments and everyday-life guides. Each country site has its own URLs and source list. Practical checklists and examples are illustrations of decisions you may face, not accounts of personally tested approvals or guaranteed services.
How we research and check information
We use government agencies, regulators, service providers and other attributable documentation, with links on individual articles wherever available. We distinguish rules already in effect from future changes, and identify conditions that depend on nationality, application category, location, provider or date.
Guides can include AI-assisted research, drafting and translation, followed by editorial checks. That process is not the same as an independent native-speaker review, field test, professional legal opinion or a government endorsement. We do not claim those checks happened unless specifically documented.
Dates and limitations
The date displayed on a guide is its recorded source-check date in our publishing files, not a promise that every rule was amended or independently rechecked on that date. Regulations, product fees and availability can change after publication. For a consequential action, check the linked current authority or provider and the rules applying to your specific case.
Contact and corrections
For questions or corrections about South Korea GuideAI, email contact@koreaguideai.com. We route messages for our eight country sites to one team inbox; a reply may come from hello@expatguideai.com, our existing shared reply address. ExpatGuideAI and GuideAI are distinct publications; using the shared mailbox does not merge their products, databases or reader records.
Please include the relevant South Korea guide URL, the exact claim and any reliable newer source. Do not email passport numbers, bank details or medical records unless a secure channel has been separately established.
Corrections and feedback
If you find a changed deadline, broken source, inaccurate amount, mistranslation or missing exception, please provide the guide URL, the specific claim, and a reliable newer source. We assess documented corrections and update relevant language editions; a correction is not proof other articles share the same error.
For a public correction report, visit our GuideAI Network issue tracker. Do not post passport numbers, account records, medical information or other sensitive personal details there.
Optional Google Analytics and your choice
When an optional Google Analytics 4 (GA4) measurement stream is configured for this GuideAI site, a consent panel lets you either accept or decline before the Google Analytics script loads. Declining means the script is not loaded and no GA4 measurement events are sent by our integration. You can reopen the choice using the “Analytics choice” control. Your choice is saved in your browser for this domain; a different GuideAI domain asks independently.
With consent, GA4 can use first-party analytics cookies and receive the page path, page title, approximate location derived from your network connection, device/browser information, and interaction events. We deliberately omit URL query parameters from our page-view event and do not send passport details, account numbers or private messages. Google may process information under its own terms and privacy practices; see Google’s Privacy Policy. GA4 is used to understand which information is useful, not to serve personalized advertising. We disable advertising signals in our tag configuration.
Declining does not limit access to articles. You may withdraw consent using the same “Analytics choice” control; this stops further loading after refresh, but it cannot retroactively erase past measurements. Contact the editorial team for privacy inquiries. Anonymous web server logs are separate from these optional GA4 measurements. We will review applicable data protection and consent obligations before enabling analytics for each domain.
Who publishes this
South Korea GuideAI is part of the independently operated GuideAI Network, not affiliated with the authorities or banks linked in our articles. We use a consistent publishing platform but country-specific research. We do not invent expert credentials or imply that linking to an official authority makes this an official website.
